Rog Class Tradeskill Make Poison Unable to Surpass 200 Skill

I've done 515 combines(210 dex) since leveling make poison skill to 200 with no skill up - as shown in the attached log. The combine is Spirit of Sloth which doesn't trivialize. The cap should be 250, and it seems near impossible to have no skill ups after so many combines.

I had previously skilled Brewing to 248, but as a class tradeskill this should not affect it. A guildmate has skilled poison to 250 and brewing to 248 as well, however they leveled poison first and before the last patch that seems to have regressed many updates.

There was a previous patch on blue that (incorrectly) capped Make Poison at 200:
