Baking and Brewing Recipe Failure

Certain trade scale recipes don’t seem to be working in accordance with how they are written on the project 1999 wiki for example:

Four pods of water being combinable to make one flask
One snake scales and one water flask to make bog juice
Aviak eggs cup of flour and bottle of milk to make clump of dough

Has anyone else experienced this issue,or does anyone have any insight? thank you for your time. :)

Inside what containers were you attempting to combine these items?

Full disclosure: I was being a complete noob and forgot to include the requisite containers. I tried to delete this post as soon as I discovered my error, but couldn’t find a way to do so. Thanks for your response.
