why is this a thing?


getting perma rooted from level 35 earthpets ....



was not like this before root and snare did not stack

It was like that before, at some point they added an higher chance to land , after first tick would take normal level and mr into effect. I remember after that kiting loio fort became interesting on my bard and this was way before they made them stack .
