The NPC Lanivon Baxer (https://wiki.project1999.com/Lanivon_Baxer) located in Toxxulia Forest appears to be spawning out of era. He is part of the Luclin-era quest, Al'Kabor's Research (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=1566). This snapshot (https://web.archive.org/web/20011122181919/http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com:80/search.shtml?zone=65) from Nov. 2001 shows no Lanivon Baxer in Toxxulia Forest.
