another qeynos NPC with some interesting words for me

After saying " I will lead you back to master Seta ". Tomer Instogle says" What? Knowing the grief you've caused Master Lu'Sun, you would try to act as my friend ?!? Leave me alone !"

Again.. My faction is high in and around Qeynos, but i cant think of doing anything that would trigger this from this particular NPC.

It is written to require indifferent or better faction. So, you must have worse than that with SilentFistClan.

Mr. Nilbog Sir (or anyone else with any interesting ideas) how can a human wiz starting out as a noob (at the time of this post) and only doing helpful quests to silent fist and killing enemies of silent fist get the output "What? Knowing the grief you've caused Master Lu'Sun, you would try to act as my friend ?!? Leave me alone !".

Ive been trying to figure this one out myself and have been unable to do so as of yet.

There are no quests one can currently do to lower this faction and the very few mobs on this faction are/were all much too high lvl.

Im still almost 100% certain that this is in fact a bug...:(
