Immolate isn't decrimenting mob HP

A guildie was asking about druid Spell: Immolate because it didn't seem to be damaging the mob. I just tested this on a lion in North Karana -- the only spell I cast on him was Immolate.

The spell aggro'd the mob as expected, but his HP did not go down at all. After about a minute I cast Engulfing Roots on him, which did damage the mob.

I also tested on a griffenne; same thing. Finally, I cast it on myself (and clicked off regen) and took no damage.

As a control, I tested Spell: Drifting Death which worked as expected.

Please show dot damage again. I don't care if it's classic or not at this point because the phantom root bug and this type of issue would be much easier to notice with it enabled. We could also parse dot damage again.

Factually true, but between that and the velious textures that have made my rogue's skyshrine armor and PoG tunic look fresh out of the newbie zone, I think there's enough urgency that devs will get this done reasonably soon.

No pet window (on Blue) lasted a week, despite being timeline accurate. But I get it; being negative is fun. I won’t take that away from you. It doesn’t sound whiny at all.
