With patch 55, the quest Messages for Neriak (https://wiki.project1999.com/Messages_For_Neriak) was added along with the spawn cycle for Cytodl Krish/Cordelia Minster/Sir Edwin Motte in Highhold Pass.
However, Cytodl is not currently responding to hails or the trigger text [any messages for Neriak]. This was attempted at amiable faction. Both Cordelia and Sir Edwin do offer hail text for what its worth and appear to be functioning as intended.
