Double Spawns in Permafrost

In the jail, in the eastern-most north room (approx loc 125, -330) six mobs are spawning where only three should be.

Each of the three spawn points is popping two mobs.

Karn Tassen and Voleen Tassen have 3 of each in south Qeynos ... I tried to post a screen shot but it is way more trouble then I to get into right now.
