Recurring Amnesia still not working

Hey GMs, you guys rock - would love to see a Recurring Amnesia fix so chanters can actually use this awesome mechanic. This spell broken == not classic!

In the archived class balance discussions of casters realm for enchanters it mentions recurring amnesia doesn’t recur.

It seems broken, certainly at some point in the time line, is classic.
