"Unknown error occurred" upon any server log in

My wife and I were playing an hour or two ago. Now when we try to log in it says unknown error occurred when attempting to log in to any server. We have tried some troubleshooting. However, I also noticed some other players experiencing the same error now on a similar resolved thread...

Please help/advice.

More server issues. This server has been awful since I started TBH. I hope you guys find some help, I'd be willing to help but everybody I've messaged seems to not know who to talk to on here.
