Did you by chance ever setup the Middlemand login helper program?

I did not. All i did was shrink a volume on my HD and install an external/windows update.

Is your eqhost file set to the following?
[LoginServer]
Host=login.eqemulator.net:5998

Yes, still the same thing. I've triple checked firewall settings and have never had this problem before
Fresh Titanium install, new patch files overridden and eqhost updated; still the same
SOLVED:
Reinstalling network driver fixed the issue.
