Guard Gregor Missing

Unsure if this was intentional, but https://wiki.project1999.com/Guard_Gregor no longer spawns in West Karana (atleast on green) and I couldn't find anything on it in the path notes.

Have been killing Misty Storyswapper for a few hours and used to seeing him out here

Is there any in-era evidence for Guard Gregor existing?

He doesn't appear in either of the ShowEQ dumps (https://github.com/dbsanfte/eq-archives/tree/master/npc_dumps).

It looks like he's involved with a Qeynos weapon quest for evil-aligned rogues. EQTraders has a walkthrough (https://web.archive.org/web/20020810234435/http://www.eqtraders.com/quests/qeynos_evilROG.htm).

The Qeynos armor/weapon quests were added in ~June 2002 (https://groups.google.com/g/alt.games.everquest/c/c80zrAsTdPg/m/gOqKJdbWvcwJ).
