10 dose Combine fails

Hello!

Saggi has found a problem! Kilva's Skin of Flame are not combining into 10 dose in my Bearskin Potion Bag! Tried other potions; Sow, Unlife Awareness; Greater Nul are all working but not the Kilva's!

Please help Saggi make Sauce again!
