Armor/Weapon Animations sometimes Broken

I've noticed since the last patch that often my GBS / Drachnid Thyxl / Rokyl's Shield all sometimes do not animate. They don't blink/glow/flash - whatever you want to call that animation. It's just stuck on the first frame of the animation.

I also noticed this, and it causes some animated flame sprites not to work as well for braziers and sconces.

Animations are the least of my objections to this "Last Patch" Glad to know you like your Pixel Party

same issue happens with things like Ranger Epic Swords, Swiftwind / Earthcaller
