Egress doing nothing on completion

On a couple of occasions now I've cast Egress with my druid and while getting no fizzle or interrupt messages, had nothing happen after it finished casting.

Has happened in combat and out of combat and in different zones.

Interrupts are going to happen. Fizzles are going to happen. You're going to die because of them. But this isn't cool when it happens for no apparent reason.

Like the Evac and Succor spells, Egress does have a small chance to leave you behind, even though you are the only possible target for the spell. your mana will be drained, you will wave, and be in the same spot.
