I annoyingly farmed 3 Giant Rat Ears to give to Rephas in Qeynos Hills to receive the recipe for Rat Ear Pie. I gave the three ears to him, and got nothing in return. Ugh!

Adjusted the quest slightly. The important thing to note is that he doesn't actually reward you Rat Ear Pie ... He rewards you an item called Rat Ear Pie, which is the recipe used to make the Rat Ear Pie.
