Nagafen AE was broken earlier today

We were down to Nagafen and Magi and Nagafen was the easier split so we ended up fighting him at the corner between the 4 spawn and drawbridge. He chose not to AE fear or damage that fight. As he was already into summoning range we could not reposition to try and see if he would AE elsewhere around that spot.

I'm not sure if it was the location or a bug with the mob, just noting the mechanic not working as it should.

First nagafen kill on red, he only aoed a couple of times in the very long fight.

There are 2 pending fixes which hopefully resolve the issues with npc casting.
