I know that broken pathing in CB is Classic, although I thought it might be something that could deviate from that era, if you wouldn't mind.
Although most of the orcs act like they are programmed to run in circles until they aggro the other mobs around then, there are two who are particularly broken, which I've marked on this screenshot, as well as noted their unusual behaviour.

Pets just disappear in CB (as well as Unrest and Lower Guk) and suddenly notify you that they are taunting an attacker (again, way more often than they'd do that on Live). I even overheard someone today saying they instructed their pet to sit and it STILL went off on its own. I asked my MAG pal to make a post with more details about that (as it's gotten him killed a lot in Unrest and Lguk especially) although I think he's just considering quitting instead, and I don't want that.

This is a problem of people not knowing how to control their pets or just generally not knowing how pets work. If you get attacked your pet will automatically go after whatever hit you; if that mob happens to be in a wall or across the zone, your pet will go there. Telling your pet to sit still won't do anything if it has aggro - you have to tell your pet to back off first. This is classic.

It's the pet going off when nothing is in your vicinity.
