able to sell starting tunic

today i was a halfling and sold my starting jumjum tunic to the vendor. I dont think you could ever do that before

If i remember right from back in the day just so happen you could sell some starting chests but not others.

As a High Elf Cleric, I was able to sell mine as well. I too don't remember being able to do that before.
