Spells well necromancer dots dont tick as they should....way less damage pve

I'm guessing you're looking at the Allakhazam spell info. Those are not classic. All spells were overhauled back in like 2004 and most of them were given massive buffs, such as Heat Blood which as buffed from 17/tick to like 43/tick. Use the p99 wiki for spell info, it's correctly classic except for a few that they forgot.
