Beur Tenlah

There does not seem to be this NPC in the game. He is for the Ale for Beur quest in EFP and I am crtain (possibly certainly wrong) that this was an original quest. After completing the Ale for Beur quest Harkin Duskfoot (who is in EFP) would then give you another quest.
Should Beur be there? Or am I mistaken in my belief that he was in the original game?

According to the DB he is currently sharing a spawn position with Harkin Dustfoot.

According to the spawnlog it looks like that should be the proper spawn position for Beur Tenlah, therefore I have added a spawngroup with Harkin_Dustfoot at -327, -844.

This will be in the next patch. Moving to resolved.
