The Werewolf in the southeast corner of West Commonlands is only spawning during the daytime when he should only spawn at night. Right now he spawns every 10 minutes between the hours of 5am and 9pm. Based on the info I could find he should only spawn between the nighttime hours of 9pm and 5am.
