Merchant Tyslin not selling Lapis Lazuli

Merchant Tyslin in Felwithe Magic Quarter (Southern Felwithe) does not sell any Lapis Lazuli.. As a HIE mage it took me a while to find the spell regeants for my level 12 pet as he did not sell them.

I was able to find them on the jeweller in kelethin, but I am fairly sure that Tyslin in felwithe should have them as well... The most information I could find was from an old time machine link from allakhazam.

Unfortunately, its from 2002. But i think it makes sense that he should have them as he has all of the other regeants.

When I last checked, none of the merchants in the merchant building (near the lake, outside the casters' guilds) sold anything.

If I remember right, they also sold misc utility spells such as bind affinity, gate and invis, which cannot be found on other spell merchants in the zone.

They should sell some of the common spells, and one of the guys sales almost all jewels I think. It's been forever so I can't really remember, but I remember getting a lot of my misc mage spells from the first guy behind the counter, and then getting gems/jewels from the person in the corner.

Again, it has been a long time. Anyone able to find what they sold on any of the old maps or anything?

added lapis lazuli to Tyslin. Its also interesting he appears in both north and south felwithe.
