Problem: A lot of people I have been grouping with have been noticing that when I cast torpor on them, the 30% slow to attack speed effect does not wear off when Torpor does, and will continue to sick on them. This is a lot more noticeable when there is no form of haste on the receiver of Torpor, but I believe the problem occurs whether haste is on the target or not. This has been notice on a warrior dual welding one handers, and a monk using both 2HB and dual weilding one handers as well.

Current Solution: The way to fix this problem we have found is to simply unequip and re-equip the weapon, and the speed goes back to normal.

Recreating the Problem: Simply cast torpor on somebody and have them measure the time between swings before, during, and after Torpor has been cast. The swings appear to be slower both during and then after, until the weapon is equipped and unequipped. I didnt have the subjects try, but perhaps turning off auto attack and turning it back on would also reset the slow effect.

This goes for all other slows too. The slow effect last a lot longer even when the debuff isnt there

Fixed, pending update. The attack speed recalc was one tick behind.
