A Dark Reaver

The effect on "A Dark Reaver" is not working right. First it is removing any str buff from a dru/sham that you have on you. Second it is not applying the str steal effect.

The dark reaver proc is not working. It was for a bit, but it is broken again.

Actually I think it is still working, but it is not showing up on my client correctly.....perhaps I need to update my spell files.
