you can not cast this spell out of combat

i just start on this server and i play a shaman
first spell i try to cast was inner fire and i keep getting "you can not cast this spell out of combat" message
then i try it in combat and i keep geting the same message
smae thig happen with minor healing
any idea how i can cast my spell?

im guessing you installed using SoF.

This server doesn't support it and will give you that error message.

D/L titanium and everything fine now
