Rapture - Enchanters level 59 unresistable mez is broken.
IT is supposed to Mez a mob for 42 seconds (7ticks x 6sec), with a 24 second recast time. Provided you have a little space you could potentially hold down 2 mezzes with rapture.
Currently Rapture Does not even last longer than 24 seconds. You cannot even hold down one mob mezzed and remez it with how the spell is currently functioning.

That's just about a 20 second mes on a spell that is supposed to mes for 42 seconds. I feel its pretty important that this spell is fixed.
(I did a search for "rapture" on bug forums saw nothing so posted - if its a repeat sorry )
