I have seen previous thread on the fish in NQ, the outside fish is still hopping out of the water and both seems to still be bugged. I have tried on several occasions in the past week to get these lil buggers but they both still seem bugged. It seems like they have been fixed in the past from previous threads but they seem to keep getting re-bugged??

I know the Regurgitonic can be "bad" sometimes, but is frostbite bugged too? Give him the Regurgitonic (twice) and get no response/text/results at all. I know if it is a "good" one you will get the fish but if you give frostbite a "bad" one, is there suppose to be absolutely no response?

So is there anyway to get a koalindl in the game if these are both bugged? I don't want waste time/pp on trying to get more Regurgitonic if frostbite is bugged too.

ok, did have a necro kill frostbite, no fish. On next spawn of frostbite, gave him regurgitonic and it did work... so at least current spawn of frostbite appears to not be bugged. But as far as I know both fish in NQ are still bugged

I was able to loot a Koalindl Fish (the item required for the quest) last night from the koalindl in the center of the pool after two kills. In a patch five or six months ago, it was stated that the fish drop rate was decreased and it is certainly noticeable. Never ever have gone thru Frostbite to do this quest, so I dunno what to tell you about his drop rates. At the end of the following thread, kanras stated that the flying koalindl at the edge of the pool will return to normal in the next patch, and since the last patch was near the end of February, we just gotta be patient I guess.
