Quest Issue (sol ro enc mask)

I gathered all 4 items needed for my Incandescent mask. and gave them to Sultin in the temple of sol ro. copy and paste of items given
Sultin needs four items:

Glowing Mask (found on the skeletal monk or the froglock scryer in the caverns of Guk)
all three Rune of Fortune:
One Rune can be found on the Dark Elf Enynti in the Chasm below Mistmoore.
The other two can each be purchased for 50 golden coins each - one from Mizr N`Mar in the Neriak City Library and the other from Madame Serena in South Qeynos behind the Mermaid's Lure near the dock.
he did NOT give me the mask, but he will give me the quest. Any possibility of me getting the items back or my mask? those were 2 long camps honestly.

What is your level of faction with the people of the Solusek Ro temple? You must have amiable or higher faction for them to reward you for quest turn-ins, so as an enchanter, be sure to cast your Alliance spell before you interact. That sux that your goods got eaten though =(

I've completed this quest twice in the last week and it's working.

Like Vermicelli stated it's probably your faction.

aww man it took me a week to get the mask, and rune out of mistmore! he gave me the quest I just assumed I could do the turn in. I'm going to go rock myself in a corner and cry now.. thanks for confirming it works. been 10 years since I played eq I was so excited to complete sol ro quests again i guess I didn't con him, just assumed that since he gave me the quest... crap!
