I'm hitting for 15 with Sword of Skarlon. 200 STR. Max Skill. And 1/5 hits, by default is for 15 damage - exactly 15 damage.

This only started recently, maybe 2 weeks ago.

Str has zero impact on how hard I hit or what I am attacking. Decaying skeletons take 15 damage from my 25 40 dmg sword. Any 2hnd weapon hits for 15 damage about 1/5 the time.

This is clearly a game mechanic problem because the way damage is calculated is broken.

He's probably lvl 1 and hasn't even reached the dmg cap increase yet. That's what you get for twinking characters and not understanding how the game works.

I rarely remember hitting that low with my Exe Axe. But, like the OP, I don't have any actual log parses to back up my claims.

2Hand dmg always varies from dooplop hits to within 90-100% of your max hit for whatever reason, it was always like this in classic.

Now 2hand dmg in pvp.. wait that has its own thread ..
