He's also supposed to have rats as potential placeholders, but I have only seen the skeletons so far at this point in time.

Either Gynok or his placeholder will shout 'You have disturbed my rest, now suffer as i have!'

The PH is a 16 minute spawn. The PH is the only roaming mob in the whole dungeon. So if you see something wandering around, kill it (unless it's just a mob going back to it's home after a train). Things to spawn in Gynok's place are a Large Skeleton, a ghoul, an Ice Boned Skeleton, and a Giant Plague Rat. There may be others, but these are the most common.

When he goes to attack you he announces" you have disturbed my sleep, you will never find the paw".

a giant rat shouts 'Grrrraaaaaaaaugggggh! You have disturbed my rest! Suffer as I have!'

-Pending update, the zone will be 19 min respawn.
-Gynok/ph will be 16 min respawn

-gynok/ph shout and aggro message fixed
