account wiped clean?

hi, my wife and i logged off last night around 11 :30 pm last night and today we logged on and both our account is wiped clean we don't any of our character on.

my account : ashortninja " lvl 14 dwarf warrior.
my wife account: tyshoney69er lvl 14 druid.

please help.

ok sorry about that wife keep clicking on quick connect and it connected to a different server. we didn't lose our characters lol women....bahhh lol
