UI issue Quest Journal

I don't neccisarly know if a bug or not, but the Quest journal will not be unbound from Alt+Q, it's also not in the keybinding windows either.

Bumping this. How do you re-bind this window? Alt Q opens and closes it, but it's not listed anywhere for re-bind
