Black Screen after eqgame.exe patchme shortcut.
 

Hey everyone, I'm generally a pretty bright cookie but I'll be damned if I'm not lost on this. I've installed twice now and have followed each step carefully here: http://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2651

the result is a blank screen that does nothing and has no sound.

I... don't know what else to try. :D

wot graphics card you got? how old are your drivers?

Hit alt enter. And you need to adjust your resolution in options utility before hand.

If that doesn't work, and assuming you have an eqclient.ini, try changing the setting WindowedMode=FALSE to TRUE, and then try relaunching & adjust your resolution settings in the client options at the startup screen.
