Hybrid class XP
 

Hello,

I've seen some conflicting information and I just want to verify, are race XP penalties and bonuses active in Project 1999?

Planning on Troll SK for my alt, would that be -40%?? (-20 from race, -20 for SK hybrid class)

the hybrid penalties were removed in a patch some time ago. the race penalties are still in place.

Class penalties are out. Class bonuses are still in. IIRC Race penalties and bonuses are also still in.

Also, the modifiers are multiplicative, not summative. so it would be 1.2*1.2=1.44 if the class penalty was still in.

Also note you are less effected by your xp penalties/bonuses while you are grouped (but they in turn affect your group mates a little) compared to soloing due to how xp is split in everquest.
