Mulligan Spawn

I have a suggestion for the poopsocking issue. Why don't the GM's just issue "mulligan spawns" or something of that nature. Say maybe each guild on the mulligan list gets one mulligan spawn per week. They may choose the target and negotiate a time. I don't believe this would take much communication on the GM's part and it should clear up some poopsocking to quite a bit of extent. Any suggestions or modifcations to this type of proposal, please feel free to post them.

Whenever you (and this goes to anyone not CrotchCricket in particular) are considering an altercation to the P99 raid scene, ask yourself a simple question: "Will this affect competition?" If the answer is yes, don't even bother.
