*Threadsurrect*

I searched for this thread after reading bone chips were giving too much xp and decided to test it.

Handed in 400 bone chips on a 24 human ranger, which gave 1/3rd of a level.

If the formula from the wiki for total xp at the end of a level is correct, level^3*classmultiplier*racemultiplier*helllevelmu ltiplier then we can subtract the xp needed to complete level 1- 23 from the xp needed to complete level 1- 24 to see how much xp was made (and divide by three as I only did a third of the level).

Xp to go from 23 to 24
(24^3*140*10*1)-(23^3*140*10*1)=19353600-1703318=2319800

I made a third of that so divide by three for total xp made from the 400 bone chips
2319800/3=773266

400 bone chips is 100 hand ins so divide by 100 for xp per 'quest'
773266/100=7732

So the quest on p1999 is giving around 7732 xp per 4 bone chips handed in.

According to the figures above a level 9 should get 1% xp from 4 bone chips handed in, meaning 7732*100 should be roughly equal to 9^3*1000*1

7732*100=773200 9^3*1000*1=729000

773200/729000=1.06

Only 6% off, I think that is close enough to 'roughly equal'. I say this testing shows that Kaladim bone chips are giving the correct amount of xp.

Comments/criticism of maths/method appreciated.
