I really can't take anything Zhao says seriously... recap of my run-ins with Zhao:

1) When he is level 19ish he sends me a direct PM while doing GM duties demanding that I port over to Highpass and spawn him his own Dyllin Starsine because it is bullshit and he has been camping it for 3 days. I inform him that he is a long spawn timer as in classic. He then attempts to scold me and tell me that this isn't classic, this isn't live and that the mob should be spawned for him out of convenience. Yeah ok.

2) While playing on my play character I show up to Befallen and there is no one in the zone, and no one in WC. I set up my pet and sit there for 15-20 Minutes. No one is around. Zhao suddenly shows up and I inform him it is camped. He quickly begins to tell me that it is camped, by him. He then gets in an argument about camp rules. He threatens to KS me if Gynok spawns.

3) Another Gynok story. Remember when everyone was claiming that Gynok was broken because no one saw the Platinum Ring for like three days? Ya. Zhao demanded that we compensate him for Gynok because this is bullshit and it is broken (which it wasn't btw).

Actually here is the direct quote:
Quote:
I have camped gynok all week on and off, Ive easily done over 50 hours there. I would like to be compensated for this absurdity. Can I please be given the plat ring?
Just remember folks, Scimitar of the Mistwalker was nerfed Feb 17, 2000. A little bit before Kunark release:

Quote:
*Mistwalker*

The Mistwalker will once again cast its spell as often as it used to
prior to the last patch. However, the resulting pet will now
automatically "dissipate" after one combat round.
The change that
reduced the "proc" percentage on the weapon was made due to an
unintended interaction between the pet and the target when several
users of this weapon were attacking the same target. Since the new pet
now automatically dissipates after one round, the reduced "proc" percentage was no longer necessary.
