There is this super nice cheese mart in Osceola, which is like two hours outside of Kansas City, that has the BEST cheese. I can't recall manchego (though they probably have it) but they have aged cheese, smoked cheese, every kind of combination under the sun. And the best part? They have open container samples for everything. Every time I go there I probably eat $200 worth of fine cheese samples and leave with a pepperoni stick.
I'm sure they hate me.
