I'm poked around the P99 patch notes to see if there's a mention of when fine plate was added (and thus would be added to green) but either it's not there or I'm missing it. Do one of you guys have some insight into when we should see it in game on green?

Danth made a post recently saying he thought it came in with a trade skill update during Kunark. That is really the only info I have.
