Obviously it won't, but it would make the server
closer to classic. In classic Enchanters were an essential part of groups; here you can rarely find one LFG and ...

Again, it won't magically bring the server back to '99-'01, but if Enchanters were motivated to group again, it would certainly bring it a lot closer (not to mention the fact that it would free up a ton of high-end camps for groups, or at least duos/trios).
