What exactly did you do?
With the ToV quest, when you combine the book with the two pages, the resultant book is the +10 WIS ToV ... if you then turn that book in to the person in Erudin it results in a spell scroll at the sacrifice of the book.
I am assuming that you (like many others) have turned in your ToV book, without checking it before you turned it in.
