No. That would require to have two separate instances of the item in the db (ie. There is two Circlets... Circlet of Shadow and Circlet of Shadows)
It is the same case as Terror Forged Mask. ALL pre-existing items were also patched and nerfed. The same would happen in the case of this cloak, or else there would be two instances of this item on either Alla or Magelo. The only multiple instances of this item are the ones with the crazy stats (which I am not sure how or why they exist as I don't think they were available when I was on live).
