Connection Issues
Hi guys. Thanks for making this awesome server. Lots of my friends and I are really excited about this. However... me and my brother use the same internet through a router and today I noticed that no matter who it was that was trying to connect to the server... somebody was kicked off. If one person was already logged into the game and another tried logging into one of their characters on another computer it immediately said, "You have been disconnected" This is a total bummer. Is there any way we can get our network configured to let us all play using the same connection?
I thought i saw something posted around here about only one person allowed or something.... don't know what that was but i couldn't find it again. Please help and once again, thanks for the totally awesome server! | ||

You have to request permission to have 2 clients behind the same router online at once. I believe you have to write Nilbog a PM explaining your situation.
This is not a bug, this is to prevent people from controlling 2 characters at the same time. If you do get permission, you will be watched and if you are caught abusing your exception, action will be taken. | ||
