Quest Issue: Froglok Eye Necklace

When turning in the froglok eye necklace the Emissary just takes it and gives no reward/

Bumping this. Will need Aeolwind to take a look at it with me. Not sure what one of the values do in the script. It does not seems to be defined anywhere in the script so it must be defined elsewhere, but I have never run into it before so not sure what it does.

It requires a text command to spawn the emissary.. and I can't even get that command to work.
