Beta Character not loading

When I go to log onto the beta server I get a message in the character select screen saying ERROR CODE SP-1 and also saying my spells list is outdated and to create a velious folder and download velious zip from p99 which i did and still nothing...I did successfully log onto the beta server 2 days ago however I can not now.. Please instruct on how to solve this, thank you.
