I was hunting in lake of ill omen tonight an a goblin brawler dropped ice of velious

alright well I saw it and looked up the loot table and saw it wasn't on it. So I assumed it was wrong.

Ice of Velious is just a research component that can drop off anything. Not actually from Velious.
