Heya Patoso.

He does indeed award the Karana's Tear, but only when you turn in all four scrolls at once.

Hope this helps. I am not sure how the quest is supposed to work?

To sum up the Alla link, it seems handing in any scroll has a chance of getting the earring. Someone said they turned in all 4 and didn't get an earring, so that's not a 100% chance when turning in all 4. There are posts in that thread with 1, 2, 3, and 4 all being claimed to have given the earring and to have also not given the earring. Most posts for 4 giving it, then 2 has the second most, 1 and 3 have the least posts with feedback stating the earring was rewarded. Of course that won't be a good source of info for the percentage each scroll should award the earring, but just saying those were the results.
