Miscellaneous: Rogue hiding in combat gives evade message

The rogue evade mechanic is not in-game until Feb 2000, but hiding during combat currently gives the "Your attempts at ducking clear of combat fail" message one would see when trying to evade.

Expected result would be the usual "You begin to hide..." message that non-rogues see, and rogues see when not in combat.
