Well, attack everything regardless of faction (AggroPC), and con scowling during invisible still but not attack

Explained here:

To my recollection, SG/HGs always saw invis and attacked

They'd attack druid ring merchants, sro merchants etc too (ancient cyclops would suicide to the DEs in sro camp also)

Not sure if any actually did, or people thought they did. Is a confusing mechanic. Either way, evidence > recollection.

AggroPC flags don't exist on P99 at present, so not sure how Telin will flag things (maybe a chance to see invis)

The sand giants would fight the sro merchants, verified on EQmac and fixed it here a few years ago along with some other npc vs npc stuff in that zone.

Nothing on giants being see invisible mobs though? With EQ Mac being down, live is probably the only remaining thing to check. I'm sure they are still unchanged.

I'm certainly not trying to make them easier and thought this find was a gimme.

Bump for Sand Giant

Sand Giant see invis (at the bottom flagged as see invis):
http://mqemulator.net/npc.php?id=35162

Also note they have 70 aggro radius instead of 55 like a spec

Nope. They never actually saw through invis. Some ice giants and fire giants do. That's about it. That nightfall giant might see through invis. i don't remember. it was just one of those weird quirks like crocs in oasis always scowling but never attacking. He shouldn't even be in green right now, though. You are right about them attacking lots of things though. they would also attack the gnolls out in EK.
